Renova provides three key services for our NHS and public sector partners:

We develop excellent new primary care and community health buildings, managing the process from beginning to end: raising the finances, organising the design and planning process, appointing the construction and professional teams and project managing the entire building programme to handover. (Development Management)

Once open and operational, we ensure that the buildings are safe and maintained in a good state of repair.  We manage the various specialist teams working in the buildings: facilities management, maintenance, both planned and unplanned,  and either manage or co-ordinate a range of other support services – such as cleaning, security and landscaping. We monitor customer satisfaction and develop ways to deliver continuous improvement in our services.  (Estates Management)

We support our NHS partners to make the best use of their new and existing buildings through our specialist in-house consultancy team. We undertake utilisation assessments, Building reviews and prepare primary care infrastructure reviews to help the NHS develop strategic plans for their whole estate, then helping with transformation programmes including new development, refurbishment and disposals. (Strategic Asset Management)
