Renova’s Operations Team manages our NHS LIFT buildings. The buildings are designed to support improved health services: they are modern, safe, efficient, sustainable and accessible, and the Operations Team keeps them like that.
All of our buildings are fully maintained by primary care property specialists. The Operations Team monitors their performance against standards which ensure that the NHS receives an excellent service.
It also manages the planned preventative maintenance and replacement of the buildings’ parts and equipment – ie through their ‘lifecycle’. The team works closely with our NHS estates colleagues to be sure that the work is planned so that it does not disrupt clinical services.
The Operations Team is responsible for:
- Analysing information about estate performance so it can improve support services
- Customer satisfaction monitoring
- Statutory compliance including full Health and Safety monitoring
- Actively finding ways to improve services through innovation and greater efficiency
